酸梅湯 Sour Plum Sweet Soup Mix

材料：山楂、烏梅、甘草
Ingredients: Hawthorn, Dark Plum, Licorice

煮法：
將材料以清水浸泡 5-10 分鐘後瀝乾。加入 3-5 公升清水，大火煮滾後轉中細火煲約 1-1.5 小時。可按個人口味加入適量冰糖或啡糖調味。冷藏後飲用，味道更佳。
Instructions: Rinse and soak the ingredients for 5-10 minutes. Add to 3-5 litres of water, bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat for 1-1.5 hours. Add rock sugar or brown sugar to taste. Chill in the fridge before serving for best flavour.
