直接預訂商品 不接受退貨。
若商品於收貨時有非人為損壞,請與我們聯絡;經評估後可獲退款或換貨服務。
運送風險

若因物流運送過程中造成損壞、遺失,本店恕無法承擔相關損失。

顧客需確保收貨地址正確。因地址錯誤而導致貨品無法送達,本店不負責賠償。
退貨運費
若申請退貨,顧客需 自行承擔寄回運費。
收到並檢查退貨商品後,我們會通知您結果及後續安排。
最終決定權
本店保留對瑕疵商品定義及最終退換貨決定權。
