Donkey-hide gelatin has the effects of replenishing blood and stopping bleeding, nourishing yin and moistening dryness. It is a top-grade tonic for women. Cooking method:

Wrap 60g (about two pieces of donkey-hide gelatin) in a napkin, break it into small pieces with the blade of a knife, and then put it in a clay pot (stainless steel or heat-resistant glass pots are also OK, iron pots are not suitable) with 350ml of rice wine (about 15-20% alcohol content, such as Shaoxing wine), boil it for about 45 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly, until all the gelatin pieces are dissolved. Then pour the dissolved ointment into a ceramic cup, and put it in the refrigerator after cooling. Take it once or twice a day as needed, one soup each time.
