Waist Strengthening Herbal Soup

Ingredients: Eucommia bark, Morinda officinalis, Cibotium barometz, Achyranthes bidentata, Codonopsis pilosula, Cibotium barometz, Chinese wolfberry, Longan meat
Ingredients: : Eucommia, Achyranthes Bidentata, Cibotium Barometz, Morinda Root, Codonopsis, Dried Euryale Seeds, Dried Longan Pulp, Dried Goji Berry
Suggested pairing: pork bones/pig feet
Cooking method:
Soak the dry ingredients (except wolfberry and longan) in clean water for 5-10 minutes, remove from water and set aside, and cut the Codonopsis pilosula into thin sections for better efficacy.
Open flame cooking method:
Pour 3L of water into the soup pot. When the water boils, add the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. Then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then turn to medium-high heat and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Pressure Cooker Method:
Add 2L of water to the soup pot, add the ingredients and press the soup mode. If you use a pressure cooker, you can boil it for 15 minutes in the stir-fry mode before drinking after releasing the pressure. This will make the soup more flavorful and taste like a traditional soup. You can also cook it according to your personal habits and preferences.
Finally, add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning according to personal preference.
