材料：金錢草、車錢子、北芪、粟米鬚、甘草
Ingredients: Astragalus Root (Huang Qi), Lysimachia Herb (Jin Qian Cao), Plantago Seed, Corn Silk, Licorice Root.

Cooking Instructions

Serves 1 (Can be consumed throughout the day as a daily herbal tea support.)
Prep: Rinse ingredients thoroughly with cold water and set aside.
Standard Method: Add 1.2L of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add all ingredients, cover, and simmer for 1 hour. 
Pressure Cooker Method: Add ingredients and 3–4 bowls of water to the cooker. Select 'Soup' mode.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, seal tightly or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
