材料：北芪、金錢草、車錢子、粟米鬚、甘草
Ingredients: Astragalus Root (Huang Qi), Lysimachia Herb (Jin Qian Cao), Plantago Seed, Corn Silk, Licorice Root.

煮法:

將乾貨材料放到清水浸泡15分鐘，撈起隔水備用。

明火煮法：
湯煲加入清水1.2L，水滾後，加入材料大火滾起後轉中細火煲1小時。 
高壓煲煮法：
湯煲加入清水3-4碗，加入材料按煲湯模式即可。
