Directions for Use: Can be consumed directly or mixed with milk powder preparation. Cooking Instructions: Place all ingredients into a pot and add 1.2-1.5 Litres of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 1 hour until the liquid is reduced to approximately 3 bowls (approx. 750ml).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, seal tightly or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
