材料：生薏米、熟薏米、穀芽、麥芽、鈎藤、蟬衣、通草、木通、竹芯、扁豆衣、白角絲、粟米芯

Ingredients: Coix Seeds, Cooked Coix Seed, Malted Rice, Gambir Plant, Tongcao, Akebia Stem, Lophatherum, Seed-coat of Hyacinth Dolichos, Antelope Hom, Corncob

服法：可直接飲用或配合奶粉沖調

煮法：將藥材置於煲內加入1.2-1.5毫升水，水滾後慢火煲1小時成三碗水。
