材料：紅棗、黃芪、蘋果乾、枸杞、薑絲
Ingredients: Red Dates, Astragalus Root, Dried Apple, Goji Berries, Ginger

飲用方法：取一個茶包放入杯中，加入250-300毫升沸水後靜置3-5分鐘即可飲用
Serving: Pour 250-300ml boiling water over the tea bag and allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
