山楂決明子草本茶包 Hawthorn & Cassia Seed Herbal Tea 

材料：山楂，木耳，決明子，丹參

Ingredients: Hawthorn, Lotus Leaf & Cassia Seed 

Cooking Instructions:

Serves 1 (Can be consumed throughout the day as a daily herbal tea support.)

Prep: Soak all dried ingredients in water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.

Hob Method: Pour 1.2L of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the ingredients, bring back to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer on low for 1 hour.

Pressure Cooker Method: Pour 3-4 bowls of water (approx. 750ml - 1L) and add the ingredients into the cooker, then select the "Soup" mode.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, seal tightly or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
