Tiger Milk Ganoderma Lucidum, regarded as a national treasure by Malaysians, is not often found in ordinary soups. Its value lies in its repairing effect on the respiratory system. It can enhance immunity while relieving symptoms of nasal or tracheal sensitivity. Add high-fiber and low-calorie figs to make it a refreshing and burden-free soup choice.

Ingredients: Water, pork belly, tiger milk ganoderma, Chinese yam, fig, lotus seed, lily, southern apricot, northern apricot, salt

Directions:

1. Put the whole aluminum foil bag into boiling water and cook for 8 minutes before opening the bag and eating. (The lid must be opened)
2. Cut open the aluminum foil bag and pour the soup into the pot and heat.
3. Cut open the aluminum foil bag, pour the soup into a bowl, and heat in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
