Efficacy: Effectively reduce uric acid and relieve arthritis pain caused by high uric acid (commonly known as gout)
Ingredients: Astragalus, Lysimachia, Plantago, Cibotium barometz, Corn silk, Licorice
Suggested pairing: No meat required
Cooking method:
Soak the dry ingredients in clean water for 15 minutes , remove from water and set aside.
Open flame:
Add 1.5L of water to a soup pot. After the water boils, add the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. Then, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Then turn to medium-high heat and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Pressure Cooker:
Add 1L of water to the soup pot, add the ingredients and press the soup mode. If you use a pressure cooker, release the pressure and then press the stir-fry mode for 15 minutes before drinking to make the soup more flavourful. Or you can cook according to your personal habits and preferences.
Finally, add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning according to personal preference.
Serves 4-5 people.
