Angelica Sinensis Soup

Effect: blood tonic, cold hands and feet

Ingredients: Chinese angelica, codonopsis, astragalus, Chinese yam, longan, wolfberry

Ingredients: : Angelica Sinensis, Astragalus, Codonopsis, Dried Longan Pulp, Dried Goji Berry, Chinese Yam

Suggested pairing: lean meat/chicken/lamb

Cooking method: Soak the dry ingredients in clean water for 5-10 minutes, remove from water and set aside.

Open flame cooking method:

Pour 3L of water into the soup pot. When the water boils, add the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. Then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then turn to medium-high heat and boil for 10-15 minutes.

Pressure Cooker Method:

Add 2L of water to the soup pot, add the ingredients and press the soup mode. If you use a pressure cooker, you can boil it for 15 minutes in the stir-fry mode before drinking after releasing the pressure. This will make the soup more flavorful and taste like a traditional soup. You can also cook it according to your personal habits and preferences.

Finally, add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning according to personal preference.
