產後湯包：生化湯Shen Hua Dried Herb Soup Mix

材料：歸片、桃仁、炙甘草、紅花、炮薑
Ingredients: Angelica Root Slice, Peach Kernel, Prepared Licorice Root, Safflower, Prepared Ginger Rhizome

服法：產後第二日開始飲用，連續服用三日
Directions for Use: Recommended for general culinary use. Best consumed as a warm herbal soup during the postpartum period.

煮法：將藥材置於煲內加入3碗水，水滾後慢火煲45分鐘成一碗水。
Cooking Instructions: Place all herbal ingredients into a pot and add approximately 3 bowls of water (approx. 750ml). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 45 minutes until the liquid reduces to approximately 1 bowl (approx. 250ml). Serve warm.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, seal tightly or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
