滷水料Chinese Marinade Spices

材料：八角、小茴、花椒、草果、香葉、沙薑、桂皮
Ingredients: Star Anise, Fennel Seeds, Chinese Peppercorns, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Sand Ginger, Cinnamon Bark

調味料：老抽、生抽、糖（如冰糖）、鹽、米酒。 (其他：薑、蔥等也可加入。) 
 
使用方式:
將滷水料包（或直接將香料加入）與醬調味料、薑、蔥等基本材料一起放入鍋中熬煮。用小火慢煮至少半小時到一小時，讓香料的味道充分釋出。濾掉香料包後，就可以用熬好的滷水來滷製食材了。

儲存方法：請放置陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光直射並存放於密閉容器中
