日本國產牛蒡茶 
Japanese Burdock Root Tea Bag 

材料：牛蒡
Ingredients: Burdock Root (Arctium lappa)

飲用方法：將 1 個茶包放入 500 毫升沸水中，加蓋以小火煮 3–5 分鐘，關火後再焗 10–15 分鐘，取出茶包即可飲用。冷泡:將茶包放入 500 毫升清水中，冷藏 3–4 小時至合適濃度後取出飲用。
Serving: Hot - Place 1 tea bag in 500ml boiling water, simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, then steep for 10–15 minutes. Remove the tea bag before drinking. Cold - Place 1 tea bag in 500ml water and refrigerate for 3–4 hours, then remove the tea bag.

儲存方法：請放置陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光直射，並存放於密閉容器中
Storage: Store in a dry, dark and cool place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.

注意事項/Important Notes：如出現異常或不適，請停止飲用。Discontinue use if any unusual symptoms occur.
